Located in a charming olive grove in the beautiful neighborhood of Halara (Ano Mera), our cookery courses invite you to embark on creative foraging walks to gather fresh ingredients, learn to craft a variety of dishes, and transform the finest local produce into delicious Greek meals.
Our Cooking Classes offer an authentic island culinary experience, far removed from typical tourist encounters. The unique aspect lies in the hands-on approach, where hosts personally engage in cooking, reflecting the warmth of home kitchens. By crafting manageable menus with Greek delicacies, the focus is on sharing ancestral knowledge and cultural insights passed down through generations.
This intimate connection to local traditions sets the experience apart from standard tourist activities. Guests don’t just learn to cook, they’re welcomed into a home, fostering a genuine connection with Cycladic culture and leaving with not only culinary skills but cherished memories of a truly immersive encounter.
All meals are prepared with our own extra virgin olive oil, sourced directly from the surrounding olive trees, allowing guests to see firsthand where their olive oil comes from. Finally, all recipes are rooted in the Mediterranean diet, with slight variations based on seasonality and the availability of fresh ingredients.
