A fantastic excursion awaits you, whether you are new to horse riding or an experienced rider. With qualified and highly experienced guides to assist you, this horse riding adventure on the beach of Saint George is sure to be one of the most memorable experiences during your Naxos holiday.
We have a large number of horses, so we will ensure that you are matched with a horse that suits your experience level. All safety equipment of the highest standards is provided and included in the tour price.
We will meet at the horse-riding school and head towards the sea. The school is located just outside Naxos town (Chora).
From there, you will ride down to the beach, reaching an area that is not very busy even in the summer. If you choose the afternoon excursion (starting at 18:00), you will have the opportunity to witness the sunset over the sea with a view of neighboring Paros across the bay a truly mesmerizing experience.
There is a brief stop on the way back at a local beach cafe to purchase a drink and enjoy the view across to Paros. In the evening, you can also watch the sunset. The ride lasts about two hours, but timings are flexible, especially on the Greek islands. The idea is to have a beautiful and relaxing ride, so there are no strict time limits.
Upon booking, your ticket will include a link to a Google Map with the exact meeting location. Note that we can also organize a transfer from your hotel if needed, at a small extra cost.
There is the option to book a private pony ride for children younger than 6 yrs that weigh around 20-30 kg. The ride takes place in an enclosed area for safety reasons.

Important information:
Children cannot ride on the same horse as their parents.
Riders who weigh above 100kg cannot take part in this activity
